Princess

With pageant season coming up, I thought it might be a good idea to post the princess canvas. I did this one using my daughter's name to use as an example. I chose periwinkle and pale pink for the background. I think just about any color combination would work. This lettering is in metallic silver. It can also be done in any color. Of course, you do not have to be a pageant winner to order one - every little girl is a princess!!
The new Snow Princess and Little Snow Princess will be receiving a certificate to have one of these done for them in their prize bags. If you are helping with a pageant, let me know and I will be happy to donate!

"Tee" Time

A friend and fellow J.A. member, Jennifer Sain, came to with a problem. Her husband is an avid golfer and wanted to do the baby's nursery with that theme. That wasn't the problem (ha, ha) ...read on!!!

All of the golf stuff she found was either pastel or looked like it belonged in a study. She had already chosen the bedding, so the color scheme was set. I went online and looked at the "Kasey" bedding at Pottery Barn Kids. I matched the borders to the patches on the quilt. Jennifer also requested three pieces so she could move them around as the room changes - what a great idea! I loved the way they turned out!

Cheerleader

This little cheerleading uniform was done as a gift for Molly Smith. Her big brothers Colton and Ethan have the coordinating football uniform and baseball uniform. Their mom, Tina, hung all three together in their playroom.
Molly's was done before she was even born so this uniform was just made up to match her brother's. Uniforms of any size or color can be created just for you!

Little Ballerinas

These are sister pieces for Lillie and Ella Hutchins. Their mom, Kelly, first ordered the one for Lillie. Ella liked it and wanted one of her own. We decided to do hers in the opposite colors so it complimented the first one, but didn't match exactly. They would look great hanging together or seperately.
They are both pale pink and lavendar with a light blue background. They are done in my cursive handwriting.

Daisies

I thought that after all of the sports related posting, I needed a more feminine touch! The daisies are some of my most popular for little girl (and big girl!) rooms. The top one was the first and most common. It can be done in any color combination. This pastel one is a favorite, along with an aqua background. The font is in my handwriting.
The other daisy was for Bree Hillis. Her nursery is in lady bugs. Cute! I did a daisy that is cropped. It does continue around the side of the canvas so it can be hung without a frame. All of my canvases can! I added the ladybugs to match her room. Butterflies, bees, and dragonflies are a cute addition as well. This is the "curlz" font.

Baseball Jersey

The football jerseys haven gotten so much attention since they have been posted that I decided to post the baseball jersey as well. This is the first one I did. My husband encouraged me to do it for our son's room when he moved from a crib to a "big boy" room. It has been very popular and works well in several colors. This on is very large (24x36). I can do them as small as 11x14. In keeping with the sports theme, I have also done soccer jerseys, basketball jerseys, golf clubs, and a cheerleading uniform. Just remember that I cannot copy official team logos!

The Kirby Kids

Lara Hilliard ordered these two canvases for her niece and nephew. They moved into a new home and needed artwork for their rooms. Braylon Kirby is a big Titans fan, so we did a themed jersey for him with his name and birthdate. I cannot copy official team names and logos, but I can use their color schemes.
Alicia is a teenager, so Lara wanted something a little more mature for her. She came up with this pale pink and black polka dot design. It has since become one of my most popular! It is done in the "Jokerman" font.

Nature Mural

That's right! I do murals, too! If you want something a little more permanent for your home, I do custom murals as well. This mural is in my daughter's bedroom. The tree is in one corner. She has moved from her crib to a bed. The bed is now in that corner so it looks like the tree is growing behind it.
There is a faux chair rail all around the room. I also added several little "critters" around the room for fun! We both love the cozy look! Little touches like this make your home, well, your home.

Polka Dots

The polka dot name has become very popular. I think part of that is because it can be done in so many colors. Also, it appeals to little girls as well as older ones. This is a piece that will grow with you and can be used for a long time!
Ususally I do a whole name on a single canvas, but little miss Riley wanted each letter done separately. All five canvases looked wonderful hanging together! This was also done in the "party" font.

Ian's Animals

I did this set of square canvases for my new little nephew, Ian. That is his crib comforter in the background. The animals and stripes were taken from that. His nursery has an alphabet theme, so the canvases read "I is for Ian" and "Z is for Zebra".

Let it Snow!

Here it is! The snowman that started it all. I began my little business by doing snowmen sweatshirts a few years ago. After having difficulty finding white shirts in all the right sizes, I switched to canvas. The bright snowman is the classic and still the most popular. The neutral snowman is new this year. This one has a hunter's cap, but it can be done with a top hat, toboggan, or even ear muffs. Any hat and color combination is available-the UT orange is a hit with fans!! I have even dome a snowman family!

David's Jersey

This piece was ordered for David Britton as a Christmas gift. It is an exact copy of his old college football jersey for his new office. I thought this was a great way to preserve an item that was otherwise difficult to display.

The Randolphs

These special order canvases were done as a gift for Gracie and Garrison Randolph. Their aunt sent me a piece of the wallpaper in their nursery with the request to match scenes from the border. I chose the cow jumping over the moon for Garrison and the dish running away with the spoon for Gracie. Their background wallpaper was a light blue, white, and pink stripe. Hopefully they will enjoy these for a long time to come!

The Bost Twins

This really cute "girly" frog was done for Kristi Bost and her sweet little twins Kristen and Karigan. She asked for this color scheme because the top portion of the nursery wall are pink and the bottom is lime green. She also requested white polka dots to tie into their white furniture and trim. We also made it sort of feminine since they are baby girls!!
